Management Systems

Our management system integrates the requirements from the areas of quality, environment, energy and the special processes bonding and welding. All activities are holistically planned, implemented, evaluated, and checked for their effectiveness. By applying lean methods and the holistic approach, we achieve the best possible standard.

The integrated management system ensures the implementation of the strategy, goals and values embedded in the corporate policy. At the same time, it guarantees the continuous improvement of our processes and activities. By consistently updating the legal register, we follow the legal, regulatory and binding obligations. These are checked by regular internal and external audits. Furthermore, we carry out regular audits of our suppliers, thus we consistently ensure high quality in the supply chain. In this context, we also check compliance with the guidelines (e.g., compliance guidelines) of our customers and partners.

Communication and information are essential elements of our management system. In particular, by involving all employees, we succeed to firmly
anchor the management system in all areas.

  • Quality: Quality means generating the highest possible standard in all process steps.
  • Environmental protection & energy efficiency: The smart use of resources is the focus of all processes.
  • Occupational safety: Efficient occupational safety and effective accident prevention are sustainably integrated into the processes.
  • Cost efficiency: We ensure our long-lasting success through sustainable management.

These principles form the basis for our activities to ensure the longlasting and sustainable success of our company. The result are stable and transparent
processes from order entry to delivery.
